Quantities and Sizes

What is the minimum quantity I can print?

For Digital Printing The minimum is 200 units by reference/design template. We operate under a shared printing model that allows you to access professional packaging without having to commit to large volumes.

For Lithographic Printing (60% Biodegradable) The minimum is 400 units and are printed individually.

Can I split the minimum order quantity (e.g., 100 units of 250 g and 100 units of 500 g, totaling 200 units)?

No. Minimum quantities are per item or design template, depending on the type of printing.

What bag sizes are available?

We handle presentations of 125 g, 250 g, 340 g, and 500 g both digital and lithographic printing (60% biodegradable).

In addition, for the 60% Biodegradable line, we have the capacity to 1 kg.

Printing Times and Process

What is shared printing, and what is the turnaround time?

Digital printing is shared with other customers to offer volume pricing. Minimum batches of 15,000 units are consolidated across more than 30 customers and 50 product SKUs.

The process consists of two main stages:

Consolidation Phase: Estimated at approximately 30 days (artwork collection, review, and advance payments). The duration depends on order confirmation.
Production Stage: Approx. 30 additional days from the start of printing (prepress, web printing, lamination, assembly, valves, and quality control).

Paying the deposit guarantees your spot. We recommend checking the current stage of the process before placing an order so you can plan your inventory. We'll keep you informed every step of the way!

What is the delivery time for the 60% Biodegradable Bags?

Since this is a one-off print, the estimated delivery time is 20 to 30 calendar days, depending on the quantity ordered.

What do you mean by “tolerance” in the reported amounts?

There is a tolerance of ±20% in the final quantities quoted. The digital printing process involves numerous technical variables, and the final result may yield a higher or lower percentage of units than those initially requested.

Design, Color, and Samples

Is there an additional charge based on the colors in my design?

No. We do not use photopolymers or printing plates. We print in full color, which allows you to use any colors you want or make variations at no extra charge.

Can I create special seasonal editions (Christmas, varietal, etc.)?

Yes! Our minimum order quantities allow us to offer a variety of design options, such as special editions, themed designs, gold accents, and metallic finishes. This enables you to diversify your brand by varietal, roast type, grind, or special dates without incurring additional plate costs.

Do you provide print proofs or send samples?

We do not provide individual test prints. We suggest you print your design at a copy shop at actual size (on Biodegradable paper or Propalcote for digital printing) to create a dummie physically inspect it and verify its layout and legibility.

If you'd like to review our materials, we can send you samples from other customers for a cost of 5,000 COP each + shipping.

Do you work with print templates? What kind of consulting services do you offer?

Yes, we provide the technical template with the measurements and instructions based on the size you need so your designer can work with it (or we can connect you with our design team).

Comprehensive support: We verify that your artwork complies with labeling standards, adheres to the National Coffee Growers Federation’s guidelines for logos and seals, and meets barcode and intellectual property requirements before printing.

Payments, Shipping, and Location

What are the payment methods, and what are the official accounts?

A [ ] is requested. 60% advance payment to start programming and the Remaining 40% prior to shipment against invoice.

Do you ship throughout Colombia and internationally?

We ship nationwide via carriers on a cash-on-delivery basis. For exports or international deliveries, we ship through DHL.

How do I request a quote or a home visit? Where are they located?

Our administrative headquarters is located in Manizales and the production facilities in Bogotá. We do not offer in-person service to the general public, but we can schedule an in-person appointment in advance or send you physical samples.
